PTSD

If you’re dealing with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, certain feelings may arise, even when the threat is gone. If you often feel stressed-out, scared, or antsy, you might benefit from a PTSD assessment. Our bodies are great tools for processing emotions… but sometimes the emotions get stuck. It’s never too late to release these, and somatic therapies are excellent tools for dealing with PTSD.

“Trauma is a fact of life. It does not, however, have to be a life sentence.”

– Peter A. Levine

Mundane tasks may seem nearly impossible. I get it, and I’m here for you. Together, we can find the way forward.

…depression is so insidious, and it compounds daily, that it’s impossible to ever see the end.”

– Elizabeth Wurtzel
